TradingView alert that closes trades and deactivates the bot#782

Description:
Currently, a TradingView alert can close all open trades using the Close Trade Webhook, but the bot remains active and will continue opening new trades if alerts keep firing.
It would be useful to add a new alert action that can:
Close all open trades created by the bot
Automatically deactivate the bot after closing
This would allow traders to stop trading at a specific price level (e.g., support/resistance) without taking a stop-loss hit, and re-activate the bot manually later.
